Persons who leave Quebec to establish residence in an other province cease to be considered residents of Quebec from the first day of the third month following the month of their arrival in that province.
If your prescription drug insurance is provided by the public plan, your eligibility for the plan ended on the date you left Quebec., pleaes note that prescription drugs purchased outside Quebec are not covered.
比如：
6月24日搬出魁省到安省，安省的医疗卡在9月24日生效，但是魁省的医疗卡9月1日就失效，如果在9月1日和9月23日之间在安省看过医生去过医院抽过血，所有费用全部自己承担。
如果在6月24日和8月31日之间在安省或魁省看过医生，费用由魁省承担； 如果在6月24日和9月23日之间去药房拿过处方药，全部费用要自己承担，因为药费保险在离开魁省那天就失效了。
