* If you have advanced intermediate knowledge of  French demonstrated by a standardized test recognized by the Ministère, your  application is not subject to these rules and you can submit your application  at any time until March 31, 2017.
** A maximum of 1330 applications from foreign nationals from the People’s Republic of China, including the administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao, will be accepted.
  *** You can submit your application at any time if you are in one or the other of the situations specified in the Permanent workers section.

投资移民的申请资格：

1.本人或与配偶（包括事实婚姻），合法拥有至少为$ 1,600,000 CAN的净资产，不包括该申请的提交日期前六个月由捐赠收到的金额;

2.申请人必须有一定的管理经验,包括农场，商业或工业企业，或者是法律专业的业务，或为国际机构或政府或者一个其部门或机构的;该企业或部门拥有至少两个全职员工，但不包括投资者。

管理经验指----在选择申请前五年里至少两年中，职责为有权规划，管理和财务资源人力或物力资源;此经验不包括见习，培训或为获取文凭取得的过程。

3.打算在魁北克省定居并签署协议，投资$ 800,000可以与授权参加投资计划金融中介（经纪人或信托公司）。

如何申请?

魁北克投资移民申请程序如下：

1、递交资料到魁北克移民局。

2、魁北克移民局安排面试。

3、客户安排投资。

4、联邦政府安排体检。

5、联邦政府颁发签证-登陆。
