除了枫红的秋季，夏天是加拿大另一段最美的季节。这个时候百花齐放，绿草如茵，碧空万里，阳光明媚。各家各户，公园里都修剪庭院，种植花草。园艺业是加拿大极为兴盛的行业之一，每年营业额达六亿元。这里简单介绍安省境内二十个著名的花园和植物园。
1. City of Brantford
City of Brantford 建立于1784年，在南安省独特的Grand River河岸，是一个具有欧陆风情的小镇，以其观赏性植物园艺多次获得加拿大全国以及国际园艺的奖项。景点包括Bell Homestead National Historic Site, Lorne Park, Glenhyrst Gardens and Arts Gallery, Victoria Park等等。从多伦多开车走401 West转24号公路往南。详情可访问Brantford镇的网站。

2. Casa Loma
Casa Loma Gardens在1986年投资了一百五十万元，重新翻修设计了一系列和Casa Loma城堡相映成趣的独特园艺景观。城堡原属于加拿大金融家Sir Henry Pellatt所有，是加国最重要的设计完整的欧洲式城堡，内有装饰华丽的套间，马厮，秘密走廊，地下通道，僚望塔等等。

3. Cullen Gardens
Cullen Gardens又叫“小人国”花园，以1:12的比例收集了160个园艺景观和建筑，夏天有大量的植物园艺，秋天有多种菊花展，冬天则是圣诞灯饰和植物景观结合的展览，一年三季都是一家大小游乐的去处。从多伦多去走401 West, 出410 Exit, 往北走Hwy 12到Taunton Rd.转左(west), 一路上都有指示牌。

4. Humber Arboretum
Humber Arboretum是位于大多伦多地区Humber River西岸的面积一百公顷的绿化带，和Humber College North Campus相连。它收集了各种各样的树木，灌木和草本植物，是散步踏青的好地方。

5. J.J. Neilson Arboretum
J.J. Neilson Arboretum也就是贵湖大学(University of Guelph)在Ridgetown的College校园，它有加拿大最大的草本花园，即是园艺系学生的室外课堂，也是向公众开放的游览区。

6. City of Mississauga

8. The Niagara Parks Commission
沿着Niagara河一路上都是花草树木的景点。Niagara公园群起建于1885年，多年来由专人精心管理和修饰，有艳丽的花园，长达56公里的公园小径，自然观景区，植物园，蝴蝶馆，历史建筑物等。

9. Parkwood - The R.S. Mclaughlin Estate

10. Royal Botanical Gardens

11. The Gardens at Landon Bay
