2) 在蒙特利尔只有一个地方接受现场注册，地址是2050 Rue de Bleury, Montreal H3A 2K2.和President Kennedy街交界。这个地方叫Service Quebec。

有些朋友经常走错到Revenue Quebec，它的地址是：

（在大楼商场中间有喷泉的地方，旁边有个玻璃电梯，到4楼就可以看到Revenue Quebec，但是他们不负责办理注册公司，而且负责注册完公司以后注册税号方面的事情，如果你告诉他们要注册公司，他们会给你正确的地址，还会给你打印好的方向，大概是太多人走到他们那里了。）

到了2050 Rue de Bleury, Montreal，到前台说一声，他们会给你一个排队号码，如果不忙就直接告诉到几号柜台，到了柜台后，告诉工作人员你要注册inc。就是有限公司，一般都是XXX inc，如果你已经起好了公司名字，你可以一块写上，但是名字要是法语名, 如果没有名字，则可以注册成数字公司。之后工作人员会带你到旁边的公共电脑和你一块网上注册。

包括公司生意类别号，公司股东信息，联系人信息，地址等，这里应该已经完成了initial declaration和submitting a notice establishing the head office and the list of directors。

如果要是几个人合伙公司的话，你可以加最多10个股东，定义每人的比例和姓名等信息。还需要指定职位，比如总裁，副总裁等。之后是付钱，注册费用是328刀，可以信用卡付。这个过程非常快，这时候你就已经有了8位号码的quebec inc号码。之后他们会发送NEQ（魁北克企业号码到你的地址）和网上操作的ACCESS CODE。所有的这些信息都可以到网上进行，不过网上都是法语，现场的工作人员基本上都是英法双语。

成功注册公司之后需要去Revenue Quebec注册税号，和注册公司一样，可以选择去：
